What qualifies as a Wellness Center and Spa service?
Eligible services include massages, facials, light therapy, and other rejuvenation treatments. Clinical services are excluded from the loyalty program, discounts, and packages.
Can I share my package or loyalty points with others?
Packages and loyalty points are for individual use only and cannot be shared or transferred.
How can I check my points balance?
Your points balance is updated after each visit. Ask our team for an update anytime.
Do Wellness Points expire?
Yes, points expire 12 months after they are earned.
How do I claim my birthday bonus?
Simply book a service during your birthday month and let us know. The points will be added automatically.
What happens if I cancel an appointment where I used points?
If the cancellation is made with at least 24 hours’ notice, your points will be reinstated to your account.
Can I combine loyalty points with other discounts or promotions?
Points cannot be combined with other discounts or promotions but can be used independently toward eligible services.
